Board of Review

The Board of Review meets 3 times a year ~ March, July, and December.  The date and time of these meetings are published in the local newspaper. 

The Board of Review consists of three board members appointed by Carp Lake Township Board.  Their appointments are for two year terms.

They discuss land and property value of residents tax statements.  They will make adjustments when necessary.   Taxpayers come to BOR to appeal their assessed value and/or taxable value.
